Default Thinking of switching to front and mid motor plates

I currently have billet mounts in my LS1/T56 Lexus, but am considering switching to a front and mid plate setup to gain some room for the future steps of the build. (Cant currently fit a 4''-5" down pipe anywhere to exit the back of the car.) Problem Im having is I still street drive the car on a fairly regular basis, and am concerned with longevity/safety of the plates vs. mounts on the street.

As of now the car doesnt make alot of power (cam only/bolt-on 350-400rwhp at the most), I dont care about vibration or extra noise, it doesnt even have a/c so no worries there. I do take the car to the strip on occasion, but am starting to get my boost craving again.

I know plates work well on the track with high HP cars, and remove some of the flex, but mainly concerned with normal street outings and the ability to gain some space in my engine bay. Would a front and mid plate with limiters be a good choice now as I do plan on a turbo 408 build coming in soon?
