That's impressive. Well done.

Only concern I'd have is the rod arch deflection (arch that houses the top half of the rod bearing). I have never calculated the deflection, but it does seem to be one of the leading causes of a spun rod bearing.

For example, anyone who has looked @ the upper rod bearing surface (just below the cyl. rod) has seen that it shows the highest amount of wear due to deflection. Deflection can cause it to kiss the crank shaft. So, how much deflection is too much? With .002-.003" bearing clearance, I'd say that anything over that could be an issue.
