Default Whats it worth??

Lq4, 6.0 with ported 243 z06 heads, custom comp cam, hardened push rods, f body pan, billing timing chain, bg 850 carb, vic jr intake, and the msd to run coils, said it made 560 hp, believe cam specs are over 600, arp head studs, and arp rod bolts.

I would say around $5000 if it runs good and the miles are low.

For an iron block? No way. Who ported the heads. Are they CNC? Carb top end narrows down the group of people interested in it. I would sell the intake/carb separate and sell it as a long block. But if it's still in the car running you will definately get more for it. Stock internals I assume. No 5k is stupid high for that. I can go get an LQ4 from a yard for 1000, get the heads decked and CNC'd for 500-700 (317 is the same ports as 243), buy a cam/springs of my choice 700, f body pan is 100, pushrods $100 and even the carb setup would be a grand. That's 3600 with all new parts and can make my own cam choice. Add $400 for the gaskets, fluids, bolts, and other misc crap and $4000 for a motor with all new parts.

5k is way high I'd think, esp for LQ4 and carb. The new prices are broken down above already, and used parts/ time are worth very little. Sucks. Personally I wouldn't pay over 3 for it, but I'm not sure how I feel about carbs.

if you really feel you can trust the seller and that it made over 500hp and it is complete carb to oilpan and even has coil setup to run it its got to be worth at least 3k ++ but like others are saying by the time your at 4k you know exactly whats there and who did it so $3000 to $3500 is what my gut comes up with unless its in a car you can go give a hot supper and then if it runs out like a well set up 560hp then likely worth $4000+/- to someone looking for a powerful ls carb setup turnkey , less to someone used to putting together their own stuff
