Default Just bought the headers for cheap 72 Chevelle

So I have a 6.0 4l80e on the way for my 72 chevelle and ive been doing some research on headers. I happened to find these on amazon for what seems like a great deal. 400 shipped. It said the original price was over 700 dollars. Anyone use these? How do they fit?

I am using those headers and they fit well but will hit the A/C box if you have that and if your car has the brake proportioning valve mounted on the inside of the frame rail they will hit there also. The reason those are so cheap is because the -R at the end of the part number designates those being in Raw condition which is neither painted or coated. Hope this info helps!

Thanks for the insight! The prop valve is moved and I do not have AC, so it looks like Im in the clear. Are you using the dougs motor mounts also?

No problem! I am actually using the Car Shop Inc. frame perches for BOP cars with 1 inch set back plates and CSP2370-1117 motor mounts.
