Dakota digital oil sender

Dakota digital oil sender Ok my ly6 has vvt so I think I need factory sender so I was gonna put dakota sender at oil cooler location above oil filter. I ordered threaded block off plate ls1 style. Any body know thread size ? Need to order pipe bushing adapter

jimmyg,I believe what you need is an Autometer adapter part #2277. this a 1/8" NPT to M12 X 1.5 adapter. This will fit into the GM 12551587 threaded block off plate. This is what I used. Rich

Always a clown around. LOL I couldn't resist that either. LOL Yes there was room for that adapter with both headers on and even now that these ******** at BRP/Hedman stole the passenger side from me. Jimmy that adapter also works on the rear of the passenger side head for a temp sender. Rich

Yes I ordered 2 . One for temp at pass side head, one for oil sender. Dakota gave me one but I over tightened it and snapped it off in the head. Luckily it came right out .
