Swapping LQ with LS1

Swapping LQ with LS1 I am getting ready to swap motors in my vehicles in the next couple of months for a F1A setup. I will be taking my lq out of my truck and into my car. What problems can i plan on running into? I imagine this to be probably be one of the easier swaps there are but still would like to hear some feedback from people that have done this.
