Default L33 swap into C5 motor mount problem.

Hello. I'm new to this forum. I am currently swapping an L33 into a 2000 Corvette and have run into a snag.

When I go to bolt on the LS1 motor mount to the passenger side' a small portion of the l33 block is in the way. Please help or direct me to a product I need to buy.

Are you sure that you don't have the left and right swapped?

If you are talking about that boss on the side of the block. Just grind it down until the mount clears. LS1/6 blocks do not have that boss on them. I'd go get you a pic of mine but it's too hot in the shop.

Ok. I wanted to make sure there was nothing critical behind there before I start grinding. Its the metal hump by the lower right of the motor mount.
