Default 91 LSX foxbody new to me

just joined this site because I just bought a 91 foxbody coupe, it has a lq4 with a 4l70e, the engine and trans is all stock with tune and small fuel pump. I am wanting to do a s475 or s480. I would love to have it make 800hp on race gas, I don't have access to get e85 easy, but the local gas station has race gas at the pump. still reading and learning on what I need to do to the engine and trans. just wanted to start a thread I will be building my own turbo kit and other fab stuff.

I did NOT build this car and I am not taking credit for the build. I believe the owner before me bought it out of New Jersey. Car has strange coil over up front and adjustables all the way around, upper and lower control arms, anti roll bar, 275 radials, I drive it all the time it is a fun car to drive. took it to the track and ran 12.9 @107mph leaving soft was really happy with it since its stock. I want to get the trans built but don't know what to get done to it, and unsure on the stall to get.

Nice car. I really like that hidden battery switch behind the tail light. I anak dig the blue. Good luck on your build.

Not a bad time with the car considering it's all stock. I'd guess that you're around 300RWHP through the auto so dipping into the 12's is about right. I'm not familiar with that tranny. I'd recommend jumping onto the Trailblazer SS (TBSS) sites to get familiar with the trends. I'd also call a tranny / stall builder. Cool car, I miss my Foxbody cars and will probably own another albeit with LSX goodness. Thanks for posting!

Thanks guys. I found the car at a bad time cause I'm in the middle of building my house, but the car was already swaped and what I wanted so I jumped on it when it came up. So once I get that done and moved in I will starting getting parts together and start with the build n

Looks like a good start. It's always good to see another pony liberated from its Ford anchor.
