Default 98 Camaro Engine Harness Question #1

I went to LT1 for the pin-out information.
When I compare, I seem to be missing some wires.
Hoping some can tell me why.
The harness "looks" like it was pulled straight off the car.
I think this is telling me the donor car was a manual transmission.

Missing Red Block
22 Trans Range Signal B
25 Trans Range Signal A
32 PNP Switch Signal
35 1-2 Shift Sol
61 Trans Range Signal C
77 TCC/Brake Switch Signal

It sure seems that way, but I cannot say unless you post some more information or some pictures. If it was an auto harness it should have the Gray 20 way Round connector running off of the center of the back of the intake. Hope this helps!
