Coil Pack Wiring Scheme
Guys,
I have relocated my coil packs to the firewall. However, my notes are confusing (even to me) concerning the way the individual coil pack connectors are routed to each of the 8 coil packs.
I took the wiring harness off of each of the stock coil pack frames that resided on the valve covers so they would go with the relocated coil packs.
Anyway, in the course of trying to figure it out I noticed that each coil pack connector has four wires. Three of these wires are the same color on all eight connectors (two grey wires on on end and one pink wire on the other end). The fourth wire is one of four colors: purple, light blue, greenish blue / teal, or hot pink. There is one of each color on each side of the engine.
What I need to know is which color corresponds with which cylinder for both the driver's side (cylinders 1,3,5,7) and the passenger side (2,4,6,8)? I am ready to fab my spark plug wires and I sure don't want to screw up the firing order. The engine is from a 2000 Trans Am, if that matters.
Thanks in advance for whatever assistance you can provide.

And the Pass side is opposite;
