Default Heater hose diameter

Am I right in thinking the heater hose is a 3/4" inside diameter?

depends which side you are talking of. The big one uses 3/4" heater hose the smaller one is 5/8". Hope this helps.

You mean the two pipes coming out of the side of my engine have different diameters?

Default heater pipes

Yep......two different sizes. For the most part they always have been 3/4 and 5/8.
