Cost of LS1 in S10 My brother is planning on putting a LS1 in a S10. Could someone tell me how much this cost, what transmission to use and etc. All the info i need would be helpful.

Re: Cost of LS1 in S10 Depending on the price he pays for the engine and trans, it is very easy to spend in excess of $10,000 doing this swap. Also consider who is doing the work, if you have to pay someone to do it, that will add up to a bunch more.
