yes? I'm here.

EDIT- Oh. Um, they don't really make a conversion kit for it. That would cost like $5g's.

Check out www.camarov6.com

well, lets think about it. I know of an LS1 engine/tranny/pcm/harness setup that costs about $3,000. Lets assume you don't want to waste money with things people would normally ungrade.

3000 engine and tranny
450 headers
450 rest of exhaust(while you're at it, true duals)
400 shocks
200 springs (v6 suspension will sag if you put a v8 in there)
150 motor mounts (go solid)

So your at 4650 and haven't even run into any problems yet. They will happen. Cost will vary greatly if you are switching tranny type(auto to manual) cuz you need to make the shifter hole and hang pedals and whatnot. Good luck and post pics

I hate to be the mailman here, but you would be better off just to sell it and buy an LT1/LS1 car.

Thats what i did. My first car was a 93 3.4 Auto... Didn't do any mods cause i knew one day i'd get an LS1. A year after ownership, i sold it and purchased my 98. No regrets.

'95 3.4L V6 firebird...that was my first car. 16.7 @ 79.xx mph...with a CIA, exhaust and an aluminum driveshaft...it was a rock solid car, but it was slow as dog ****. i pulled the trigger on an LS1 car and never looked back.

sell the car and don't look back.

I also have a 3.4L, I stepped up to the plate to an LS1 after pricing out a v8 swap into my v6. I'd rather spend a few extra thousand dollars to have the piece of mind that the vehicle is stable from the get-go with no problems, and a possible warranty; depending on year and other assorted things. Save it up for the v8 man, you won't be dissapointed.

Plus you have to do a little more to an LT body to toss in an LS as far as fabrication, it isn't exactly the same and those differences add up.

dude,... and I want to say to 3.4 camaro.. you dont need to put new shocks or springs on the car.. the Ls1 weighs less than that all iron V6!!! My car hasnt sagged yet and it sits about an inch higher... and to get the engine to fit all you need is BMR 98-02 tublar k-member because it fits 93-97 bodys,,,,
