Default billet fuel rails

anyone use aeromotive or fast fuel rails? not wanting to use a cheap quick connect fitting on my fuel rails i was wondering if it would be easier to run some billet fuel rails.

would it be possible to connect the two rails with some hose, plug the end of one and run a supply to the rear of the other.

that way it would be easier to run the fuel line to the passenger side.

i would be running a corvette FFR and single fuel line.

Your proposed setup should be fine. I'm running some FAST Inc. billet rails on my setup and had to shorten them a bit and weld the male AN fittings to the rails on the back side since firewall clearance was a problem on my RX7. That probably wouldn't be an issue with most of the cars LSXs are swapped into though.

If you want to keep the OEM Fuel Rail and do away with the Quick Disconnect, you can (or you local Tubing or welding shop) braze a AN fitting on the end of the inlet and also just flip the fuel rail over so that the inlet is on the passenger side. I have done both of these suggestions.

Make sure the fuel rail is drained before applying any heat.

I used Fast rails for my LS7 build and flow thru design for optimum performance, but I have seen others dead head the end of one rail.

Give Turnkey Engines a call. Ask for Chris. They will install AN fittings into the stock fuel rails for about $25.00.
