Default diagnostic port help

I have a Sierra engine harness going on an LM4 and I'm modifying the stock harness for this installation in my 65 Vette. I want to have a diagnostic port and haven't found any threads on what wiring I need for the port. I have found the pin outs for the truck ecm. Did I miss something? Any help appreciated.

Yep, you need +12v constant, ground, and the green wire coming from the blue connector (c1) pin 58 on the PCM.

Thanks guys. That won't be hard at all. I was expecting a more complex harness than that.
