yes it does make a difference... if its an original v8 car it already has the 4.6 Kmember in it... in which case you could re-use it and make some mounts using the 4.6 mounts...

Everything that applies to a fox body works on sn95 platform too. Read through Lt4's and my build-up in our sig. .There are also a ton of other posts dealing with this swap.
