LS1 or LS2 swap into a 93-95 TBI truck

LS1 or LS2 swap into a 93-95 TBI truck I have a 94 full size Blazer 4x4 4l60E. I have been thinking about swapping in an LS motor.
I guess my main question is about the tranny. I know the LSX will bolt up to th 60E that I have, but will the newer style PCM run the trans correctly? My trans is Non PWM, which I am pretty sure all the newer 60E's are.
Also whats the best front accessory setup to run in these trucks? I Plan on keeping the AC functional.
Any other pointers would be great...
