Default ABOUT TO SWAP V6 to LS1

well im about to start on my swap this week i have a 2001 firebird and i have obtained a 98 z-28 that i plan to do the swapage with, can someone let me know if the wiring is going to be a complete swap or will i have to still splice wires and what not.

I know this is an old thread but instead of making a new post I will just “ttt” this one because I want to know this too. I know if the LS1 is a different year than your car you have to splice wires but how many? The whole entire wiring harness or just some? How about the wiring under the dash?
