Default 6.0 into Buick Skylark?

So theres this nice 66 Skylark for sale close to me, and I thought it would be so cool to have a built LS motor in it. Would it be a difficult swap? Could I use parts made to swap into a chevelle, because they are built on the same platform? Any ideas?
