Reverse lockout and CAGS on aftermarket harness
My TPIS harness has no provision for the reverse lockout solenoid, or the CAGS. How is everyone dealing with these issues? Do I need to have them programmed out, or is there an easier solution? My PCM is showing codes for both and Im curious about wether or not this may be causing any kind of issues with how the car is running or not. Thanks-

Go over to installuniversity.com they tell you exactly what size resistor to stick into the connector. I believe I used a 2.2K for CAGS. This also works for the reverse lockout. Although, I am not using the latter(factory harness has it)

Re: Reverse lockout and CAGS on aftermarket harness
Well the problem is that theres no way for my PCM to get the signal, regardless of resistance. If I run wires to the PCM pinouts from the connectors Im sure that will work, but it seems like a pain, but if thats what I have to do....
Also, can these codes effect drivability in any way??
