What do these connectors do?

What do these connectors do? 
2001 Silverado 2500HD LQ4 wiring harness,
As I understand it the large black connector goes to the fuse box under the hood. Does anyone else know what the other 3 connect to?

A and B are the connectors that go into the interior. Check out this post https://ls1tech.com/forums/showpost....1&postcount=13 For some more info. Specifically the truck pins and pins used documents.
