To the forum experts,

Does anyone know how difficult replacing a standard deck GEN IV smallblock with a tall deck LSX or Talldeck Warhawk LS7X would be?

I am assuming stock LS7 manifolds will work (but the exhaust would need to be modified).

What about engine accessories and other clearances?

If nobody knows the answer regarding tall deck block with a C6 how about experience with tall deck engine with a c5? I hear the C5 has more room than the c6?

You should be able to fit it it in there. If not, then make room!

A different intake will need to be used. Since the block's deck is taller, there will be a wider distance between the two heads.

Since the tall deck blocks are not out yet, their is little real information and only speculation.
