hello everyone

im searching for a set of headers and cat back for a 2009 ls3 corvette

what is the best size to go with

1-3/4" or 1-7/8" ?????

You will end up doing more mods later...if your like all the rest of us. Get the large headers now. JMO

yes,..IF you are goiing to MOD it more then just bolt ons,..like, adding a blower or large cubic inches,..buy the bigger headers. but, if its only going to be a bolt on car,... there is no need.

Velocity and small cubes rule. But,..again,..only if its gonna be a bolt on setup.

if im going to add more parts it will be just a cam and a set of heads.

Just get the 1 7/8 regardless. Evey dyno run I have seen with 1 7/8 headers always put out more hp than the 1 3/4. There is millions of threads on this subject. And I have yet to see low end torque being killed b/c they used 1 7/8 primary headers.
