1998 vette question
On the 1998 vette, it has an ls1, does it have the ls1 intake manifold or the ls6 intake mani?
I currently drive a 2002 camaro z28, ls1a4 with ls6 intake mani (cat back, cai, thermostat, bellow, dyno tune, factory freak engine, made 361whp, 379wtq, people don't believe me but then I walk their 02 vette, or win by a nose against a 02 z06 vette).
I was going to give my car to my brother, and get this one for myself, but I was worried with out the ls6 manifold, that with a catback, thermostat, bellow and intake installed on the car, and then dyno tuned, I would get the same improvement over stock.

LS6 intake manifolds didn't come on LS1's until 2001 I believe. I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong. They are not really that expensive though. I'm sure you could pick one up for about $300. Get that vette!
