Default L92 In a C5 Question. Please Help

Hi there guys. I just picked up a 6.2L L92 that Im going to install in my C5. I know the L92's come with a high volume oil pump. I wanted to know if I will have an issue by using my C5 "batwing" oil pan with this oil pump? I have been searching yet I cannot find a good answer. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ive been doing research for a few days now and it seems that the L92 pump is a high volume pump thats needed to operate the vvt and dod systems in the L92. It will pump more oil then can drain back from the heads on a car that doesnt have those systems and a big truck oil pan. Looks like Im just gonna pickup a stock LS2/3 oil pump and put it in there.

If deleting the VVT and DOD I would support your decision to replace that pump with a standard pump.
