I found a Z06 at the dealer with 5200 miles on it. I drove it and it feels as strong as my TA on nitrous( which I'm not selling). Anyway, what would you guys pay for this car? Other than the rocker problems, what should I expect. My plan is to buy the new Z06 when it comes out. So I'm serously considering buying this for about a year if I can get near the dealer trade in price. I really don't want to loose much more than 3 grand after I trade it in a year with maybe 15K on the odometer. I'm open to opinions and would like to make a decision today before the reality of this being a stupid purchase starts to weigh in.

your probably going to spend 46k for that car . I think your going to lose a good amount when the c7z comes out . Everyone is going to be unloading theirs to pay for the c7 .

I agree with the above other than you should be able to get into one for 42-43K range. I keep looking at them myself but I think I'll wait a bit a to see if they drop more.

If you can wait a year when there are c7z out c6z should drop into the 30s all day. I am waiting to dump my c5z off for this!

I agree with some of what has been said and disagree with some. I think when the new Z06 comes out, that the current Zs will drop some. But I don't think they'll take a ton more hit than they already have. I think the majority of the hit has already happened with the introduction of the Stingray.

I agree, even though the C7 is out I think the C6Z will stay in the mid to low 40s for a low miles unit.
