The answer to your wuestion is impossible to give. It all depends on things like atmosphere and driver... the vette should allways be just a tad quicker due to its lighter weight but in reality they are very very close.

My 98 Vette ran 13.20 @ 106.5 stock... the TA should be right in there given the same conditions.

My 99 auto 3:15s stock ran 8.6 @ 86 mph in the 1/8,this is off a 13.4 @ 104 timeslip,crossing the 1/4 mile finish just after shifting into 3rd.
Depends on the track too, ours is bare, and at night.Combine that with the terrible OEM c5 run flat tires, the first 1/3 rd of the track is just trying not to spin to much.
On a good track, an 8.4 would be very do-able.C5s knock of a couple temths just by swapping to ZO6 tires,or any non run flats.WOT throttle in 1st gear,on an un-prepped track,is just not going to happen, also have to launch from idle,no power braking.Dropping air pressure in a run flat doesn't help either..Hope that helps some.

just keep running him in the 1/8 an dyou'll stand a chance, once you get up over 110+ the Vette's aero dominance takes over, and it won't be pretty
