What is going on!? When AC is on, the car wont idle under 2k rpm!?

What is going on!? When AC is on, the car wont idle under 2k rpm!? My sig pretty much tells everything done to the car..
I'm guessing its one of 2 things...
1. Somewhere the there is tuning that could fix this?
2. The UD pully has something to do with this?
I would really like this fixed its pretty anoying. The car is so damn loud i would surely be pulled over if it was idling at stop signs/lights at 2k.
The car also wants to accelerate. If i'm in 4th gear 30-40 mph (keeping the exhaust quiet) It will want to lurch forward (when the AC is on). So, its not just idle, it wants to accelerate all the time, so when I shift, of course the car will rev to 2k.. Annoying! Whats going on here!?
P.s. Futral Motorsports dyno tuned the car...

My car did the same thing when I added the TPIS throttlebody, so I put the LS2 one on and it helped a little. It is in the tuning.
