Default Changing wheels on my 98 vette--tire pressure sensor ??

So I won't be able to use my tire pressure sensors with my new rims (C6 Z06), I have no idea what to do if anything. Do I disable them?

You should be able to swap the sensors to the new wheels . I put new 99 style in my SSR Gt3 wheels , they worked perfect .
Good luck .

OK, but can I just leave them out for now? My new wheels and tires are already mounted and I know the tires have to be dismounted to install the sensors. I don't have time right now to have them broke down and all that, got a trip to go on and my existing tires are shot. I know the display thing will read low tire psi every time I start the car, but otherwise will it hurt anything?

I could be wrong, but if the sensrs dont read i believe it will limit your speed to 80 MPH.

nope. I've been running without them for almost a year and have gone 110+. Only problem is the annoying message on the DIC.
