Default 1998 corvette giving me trouble

I have a C5 corvette and just installed headers I did not delete the evap yet so I'm picking up code PO410 I'm also getting PO140 and PO160 which is my rear o2 sensors. But I have similators for those and codes still come up. Now for the real problem the car runs great for about thirty minutes and then starts to hesitate and pull. It's driving me crazy I have looked at all the codes and aside from these pcm ones it shows some abs like c1234 and 1227 i could be wrong on those but i read up on them and its the rear left speed sensor don't think that could be causing the hesitation and missfire. So any ideas on what to do. Thanks

Did you cross the 02 wires? Most people do this on accident.

Default 1998 c5 corvette

The headers ars TSP long tubes and as far as having the o2 sensors crossed I don't think so because my rear o2's have the square plug and the front are horizontal. Now when ever the cars starts missfiring I can clear the dic codes but the trouble continues I leave it alone for a while and the car works good for another small while. Could the primary o2 be messing up and not come out on my codes. Or should I just go and get it tuned see what happens. THanks for your advices I lost here.
