Went to the track for the second time ever wednesday. First time I went 3 weeks ago I had a best run of 9.069 at 81.66mph with a 2.28 60'. That was with the car full weight with spare tire and everything. Car is a 94 Z28 M6 hardtop power nothing, mods are LTs, ORY, magnaflow, cutout, intake, ported maf, underdrive pulley, B&M ripper shifter, bilstein shocks, WS6 front springs and swaybar, trifecta tune, sumikomo 245/50/r16 HRZs on salad shooters. Still have not bled fixed my clutch problems where it bleeds off pressure if I hold it in for more than a couple seconds.

Started on the weight reduction after reading some of the threads on here, took out jack, spare, rear seat, trunk carpet, all sound deadening under the carpet up to the back of the front seats, all in all maybe 100lbs if that.

Last night
1st run: by myself no times
2nd run: computer not working, went arm drop against new charger
3nd run: 2.162 60', 5.825 330', 8.818 1/8th at 82.65 mph
4th run: 2.176 60', 5.859 330', 8.855 1/8th at 82.52 mph
5th run: 2.049 60', 5.667 330', 8.761 1/8th at 80.00 mph (missed third gear)
6th run: 2.053 60', 5.678 330', 8.653 1/8th at 83.19 mph

I think the driver mod had more to do with it than just weight reductiong as I was just overall more confident being my second time out.
