Disappointed in my new personal best...
6 speed 2000 TA, street tires, bad driver mod, etc
1. Last October (cool weather) with slp cai, lid, bellow, shifter, zo6 clutch, flywheel, and slave cylinder I ran a 13.31 at 108 with a 2.13 60' on 245 cooper zeon all weather 16" tires.
Now it has BBK LT, ls6 intake, magnaflow catback, ory, all 3", pp tb, performance tune.
2. Today my best run (granny shifting) 3rd hotlap in a row, little chirp out of the hole and a 60' of 2.18 was a 1/4 time of 13.21 at 109....
Is it really just the tires or is it just me? I've been easing out of the hole, and it still, just doesn't want to plant at all. Well, any tips or anything let me know. Is this pretty typical for my case then? It almost seemed like the power just worked against me and I was more consistent last October. Thanks guys!

Well to my knowledge BBK dosnt make long tubes, just those mids, so not much there. The ORY and catback shoulda helped more along with the tune.
With the possible difference in air temp and not running the guts out of it, plus lack of a improved 60ft, you wouldnt of picked up much. Best 60ft I could get wasl slippin the clutch from 3500-4000, pulled 1.92s.

That's true... I felt like I could launch on the street better than at the track that night. Thanks for the words of encouragement and foresight.... we'll get it down yet.
