Default Results from first runs at the strip

A few of my buddies went along and we made 3 passes before the rain hit...We were at Kil-kare in Xenia, OH. DA calculator claims DA to be right at 2300. I've been to the strip plenty of times, but had yet to make any passes.

-2000 ws6 with lid, lontubes, ORY, no catback or muffler, no tune, an adjustable panhard and street tires, 6 speed

-2001 with lid, FTRA, longtubes, ory, lm1, and street tires, 6 speed as well

-2002 wrx, cobb tune, 5 speed

First pass the 01 t/a and I were lined up. It was my first pass ever down a track, and I ended up letting off before the 1/4 mile . I ran a 13.8 @ 104 with a 2.4 60' to the 01 t/a's 14.0 @ 105 with a 2.3 60' (clutch pedal stuck to the floor and missed third).

Second pass I lined up with the WRX. 13.55 @ 106.8 with a 2.3 60' to his 16.00 @ 96 (WRX apparently spun )

My third and final pass, along with the WRX was a 13.49 @ 106.7 with a 2.2 60' to the WRX's 14.9 @ 97.

The 01 t/a ran a best of 13.54 @ 107 with a 2.2 (I think) 60'. We were both talking and we figured the DA there was decent (it was only 73 degrees), and we both thought we should be trapping at least a couple MPH higher. I wasn't really spinning off of the line either, bogging actually. First launch sucked (bogged @ 2500 rpm), second launch was better but still sucked (bogged @3000rpm) and third launch was best @ 4000rpm (I'm not sidestepping or dumping the clutch). My clutch pedal was sticking to the floor after each run, so I'm already thinking I need an adjustable master.

Here is an in car vid of my final pass....I didn't want to powershift it (stock clutch and master, plus it's my DD) so I granny shifted as quick as I could.

Nice video, I need to get a go pro someday to record my amateur driving.

I planning on going to Test and Tune tomorrow night, got my 26x10 ET Drags mounted today and am anxious to see what the ol' stock internal LS1 can run.
