Default New best 60ft. and ET,cam only

Well im happy but im not. I was exspecting the new Pro Stock converter to give me a little more ET over my TCS 4400 but i only gained 60ft. and lost topend. I should have a PT 4400 in the car next week because mike and i are thinking with my setup the shift extentions (5100-5200) are to low for my cam. Anyway here is my new best.

60ft. 1.52

1/8th 7.26@92.3mph

1/4 11.48@116.52

I nailed down 3 1.51 60fts. on my stock 10 bolt lol and my worst 60ft. was a 1.58 spinning pretty good off the line. This converter launches very hard but to me it has no topend pull in 3rd gear going by that i lost .15/2 mph over my TCS 4400 from the 330 mark to the 1000ft. but the PT 4400 should cure that

I found out the PT4400 60' just as well as the PS4400. I pulled a 1.50 60' at the Thunder Shootout, and that was on DR's with 3400+ raceweight in my stock internal car. Just make sure you put some miles on it before taking it to the track. Congrats on your new best.

Good job Scott. This Saturday i got out to NPR and at 1pm with the temperature 60 and low humidity I ran 11.40 116.59 with a 1.483 60ft. Half track was 7.19 93.98. If I could have run in the morning when it was cold i believe i could have run a high 11.20. Frank95z

Very nice. It will be interesting to the results from the PT 4400. I ran two back to back 11.48's out of the right lane, then decided to give the left a try. Thats when we lined up. It looked like people were getting worse 60ft's and running a little slower in the left lane. I decided to launch a little softer because I was worried about spinning. Pulled a 1.566 vs 1.545 & 1.539 out of the right lane, but ran 11.46. Which lane do you run your best in ?

DM Racer I'm not sure if you're talking to Scott or Me. I am Frank and run the Vig3200 with the 1.48 at NPR. If you're refering to our track I ran 11.40 and 1.48 in both lanes. One was 1.483 and the other was 1.485. Scott I'm not jacking your thread when you get your converters sorted out i look for 20's out of you also. Frank95z

DMcRacer,The left lane gave me my best ET but later in the night both were equal to me but i was on ET Drags. The humidity ruined my chances on my last run to run a faster 11.40s I pulled a 1.51 60ft. on my last pass but i could feel the car was not crossing hard enough for it,11.50@116.11.

Frank,i think at best the PT 4400 will give me back with i lost from the TCS 4400 leaving me around the low 11.30s mark and maybe with some luck i could scratch a 11.29. I also plan to put some long tubes on the car in a few months before the weather goes away so who knows.
