Removing front tag on TA to make a ram air set up? Any1 did it?

Removing front tag on TA to make a ram air set up? Any1 did it? I was thinking about gutting all the stuff between my front tag cover and my radiator support and building a ram air set up and when I get to the track I can take my tag cover off and it will work like a ram air set up. I have seen some set ups kind of like this but on Camaro's. '
I THAUGHT I saw something like that at the TR shootout this year but I just got to glance at it and wasn't thinking about it at the time.

I had the front of mine cut out, but not so much for ram air. It was for the intercooler I used to run. Larry Cato (PaiN) has the best setup, but he has taken his web page down. He actually fabbed it up with fiberglass and everything. Picked up about 2-3mph in the quarter I believe.
