Default push pull kill switch

just picked up the flaming river one aand was wondering what every one is using and how you guys made brackets for mounting them

Just copy the bracket from one of the kit's.
Very basic flat stock, bent to fit your location,
and drilled the same way you would mount it to a body panel.
You can weld or bolt in and use the small hole in the body to hold the rod steady.

mine came with a bracket but i will need to make a bracket to bolt to that one was wondering on the placement of where most people run them in the back of the car and what brackets are people making as far as design goes

This is one we made up, used an ordinary cutoff switch and fabed the rest ourself, the push pull will go out the center of the bowtie on the berger panel and the bowtie handle is an exact replica of that, when in pushed in it will be power off and on top of the orginal bowtie, just a little something extra we came up with.




Sorry for the bad pics, Ill have more of my build when we get closer to finsihed

that was where i was thinking of puting mine right under the tail light on the passenger side and the pics are fine they let me see enough on what type of bracket to make

Mine is very basic, but it takes 3 guys to pull the deck, so I can't get any photo's.

That's exactly what I'm gonna do. I saw it on the SAM car in the newest GM high tech article done on the car. If you paint it the color of the berger panel, you can hardly tell it's there looking from straight back.
