Default Just picked up a set of QA1's where to start?

A friend gave me a great deal on some QA1 12 ways. Where the best place to start with adjustments on these? The cars 3600lbs and as of now hits the tires too hards and blows the run. Im going to lower the torque arm in the front mount and install these. Wheres a baseline?

Thanks
Austin

I assume you have rear 12 ways. No need to touch TQ arm to install.

IMO you should be able to use exsisting hardware. On my 12 bolt I had to get some Grade 8 washers to shim it out from the 12 bolt rear.

Settings depends on many factors, on my heavy M6 car we are expecting on a Bias Ply either 7 or 8 which is pretty hard. I drive around on #5 setting. No issues.

What tire do you race with??

New PB tonight, Im still spinning on the initial hit, but my 60ft was very consistant. 1.60-1.61 for all my passes.

Its transfers great then spins around 10ft. Im leaning torwards they're just old tires. I think they're 5-6 years old.

I ended up 2 on the front and 8 on the back at the moment.

Thanks for the help guys.

11.46@119 with a 1.60 60ft. not to bad. If I get a new tire I think it will go faster.
