Default Converter for Turbo 346 LS1

The stage 2 4l60e tranny let go last week with 10# of boost on the street . So I got a Rossler th400 heading my way . What company are the strip/street guys running out there . There is a local converter company named Tranz King in Houston, Tx . Has anyone used them before ?

i like Yank, dave over there is by far the coolest guy. if you call the shop and no one anwser he will call you back you dont need to leave a message or anything. if they are closed and you call he will call you the next day. my yank is a PY3600 and it works well for me

custom spec ptc or neal, most of the fast cars rossler is putting out(tim lynchs' 6.26sec vette, davis wolfs 6.47sec) uses neal chance converter.

You can't go wrong with any of these company's. What is your budget for a converter. It can range from $450-$2000+. Depending on how fancy of a converter you want.

Thanks guys, going to give all those companies a call soon .. So what about gear ratio ? Which comes first on the buying list ? Converter or gears .. Just want to do it right the first time

well gear and tire size and rpm all need to match your goals for the 1/4 f thats what you run

gear/tire size first like said above. Then call Greg at FTI. I have never had a better experience from any distributor then with Greg.
