air pressure in nittos

hey guys whats the best air pressue for my 16in nittos im going to the track tommorow and any help would be great

I run anywhere between 16-18 hot

yes i run 16 hot and at a track with no prep at all i get mid 1.8 60fts with an m6
but go through the water and do a second gear burn out
get them real hot

i run 17psi, my car is auto...make sure you check the pressure every run, pressure goes up about 2-3psi, at least thats what i found...
