help! NHRA Roll cage tech question........ i had a 14 point cage installedin the car over the winter. do i need a rocker bar on the driver side to be 9.99 or quicker Legal? (for NHRA specs)

that's how mine was cert'd. Not to mention slipping in before they changed it from 7.50 to 8.50
