Default Wtb tach for camaro

What tach are most people using. And do I need some type of adapter for ls1. Any pics how your tach is mounted would be helpful. Stock was acting up last year. Can't have that with new setup.

I've never seen an aftermarket tach in an F-body. The stock tach is very accurate. If you mainly want a shift light there are several nifty all-digital units like the Raptor. Some nitrous controllers, such as the HSW MicroEdge, can display RPM.

No adapter is neceassary. Just keep in mind that the tach signal is for a 4 cylinder on an LS1 when you install a shift light or aftermarket tach.
