Track times on new setup Since the queens over in the dyno section just want to give me a hard time, thought I'd post my results over here where the rubber meets the track (where the numbers really count)!
First day out with new setup: 11.53 @ 116.6 w/ 1.53 60'
I am really happy with that kind of time out of such a heavy car (about 3,600) and my mods (in sig)!
We still have some things to do as money and time allow - there is more in there with easy stuff!
SMC Performance put me together a great shortblock - quieter than any stocker I've ever heard - no slap and great oil pressure!
Joe Overton at Lethal EFI ground me a butt kickin cam just like I asked for!
And F-Body Central put my heads on, put the rest of the car together, and tuned it!
My thanks goes out to all of them!
