What do you cut off your 1/8 and 1/4 mile times when you lower your 60ft times. Say you cut 1.65 60ft at 7.04 1/8. How fast will I run say with a 1.55 60ft etc? Thanks!

well a stander rule of thumb is for every tenth that you reduse your 60ft you reduse your 1/4 by 2 tenths

That is true up to a certain ET though. When you start to get down into the mid 10's it seems to become a 1:1 ratio. Also There is a limit to how low of a 60' a stock style suspension car can cut. In order to go faster you obviously need more power there will be a point to when that power will over take your suspension and tires off the line.

What is the lowest 60' cut by a stock suspension fbody/corvette LS1 on here? And non Stock Eliminator..

i'll have to ask ronnie what 60's he has. his shop is only 5 miles from my house. he also has a new viper w/nos,a new z06 vett running 10's and a bad azz 69 426 black hemi charger.
