octane @ track

when yall go to the track do you run 93? or higher? also if it is higher, about how much would it really help? thanks-jim

IMO if your not getting detonation(knock) than just use 93. The 100 octane wont make you any faster unless it is eliminating knock retard. My.02 with a lot of experimentation under my belt!!

use what the car is tuned for.
if your seeing knock, up the octane.
youll make less power with higher octane, if it isnt tuned for it.
