Talking Dam , I Finally Got into the 11s

Well after a new converter and some tires I was able to break into the 11s not buy much but I made it. It was my first time out with this converter and All i can say is that it rocks , it rocks to good lol , I had a hard time getting traction no matter what I tried , Was running 15 by 10.5 Et streets and tried lowering pressure and increasing pressure but my best results were when I come out half throttle and then knock it all the way. Very happy so far I know with somemore practice and maybe real slicks I could get this thing down to 11.70s.
D/A that day was 1400>Absolute presure was 29.71> Relative density was 95.95 > Off hand would this weather be slowing me down any , just would like to know. Check out slips let me know what you think. My car is where it is at today mostly from the people and advice from this site, Thanks

11 sec slips
12 sec slips

Congrats man The weather wasnt exactly ideal. Low temps, low humidity, and high barometric pressure is ideal. Something like 40*, 35% hum., 30.48 barometer would be nice.

great times!! Nice to see the baby cams out there knocking down 11 sec passes. Perhaps one day I'll head down to a lower elevation and claim mine ... I'm just afraid or breaking the stock 10 bolt
