Default Possible to hang the hoops w/o removing swaybar?

So I've cut a 1.59 60ft and numerous low 1.6's with my swaybar intact/connected, but no daylight under the tires.

Is disconnecting/removing the swaybar a must if I want to hang the hoops? I'd really like a pic in my wallet showing some air.

How bad is it driving w/o the swaybar? I'd be going down a 55mph 2-lane with some curves to get to the track. Will it be dangerous or drivable?

TIA!!

just get to the track 10 minutes earlier and pull it off if you're worried about driving without it.
I haven't had a front swaybar for who knows how long. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

I have been driving my car for almost years without a front sway bar. I have had no problems driving as I normally drive and holds curves and cornering fairly well. I like to drag race and therefore just leave it off continuouly. It is my understanding your going around curves could be affected a little bit if you drive exceedingly fast around curves, etc. But for normal driving--You should be fine. Kent.

Ok cool.

I really just drive it around town and the drag strip is 10 mins away. Rarely get it on the highway.

I'll jerk it off before raceday and try it out.

Thanks

I pulled it off yesterday. It's not bad. You really don't notice it if you're just cruising, but I wouldn't want to do any emergency manuvers w/o it.

Going to the track tonight.
