how do you remove wiper arms?
i know some racers remove them for shedding weight. i just want to replace mine, but the things act like they're welded on! i removed the bolt off of the cowl stud and they are not going anywhere. i've hit them with a hammer and screwdriver...nothing. i heard that they are installed with loctite. anybody had this problem?

just take the nut off and turn it 180 degrees and it comes right off. not sure if its the right way but it worked for me and they went back on no probs. of course they are off again along with the wiper motor

Either use a puller or keep working them. I had to change one of mine and it took about a hour to get it off. Just work at it. If I had to do it again I would get a puller, not as hard on the motor.
