Default Need advice for slicks

Check sig for mods on my 99 SS. I am about to buy some slicks and I don't know if I should get ET Drags or ET Streets. I have some 16x8 Z28 rims that I was considering 26x11.5x16 ET streets for. Would 15 ET Streets do better then the 16s? Is there a big difference between Streets and Drags? I plan to buy a linelock too. Please give me advice on using the slicks: burnout-how long and what gear, PSI. I am hoping to hit high 11s with my 414RWHP/387RWTQ, then comes the nitrous, LoL! I see high 10s in my future.

If you are going to use spray in the future, I would go with the full slick...the 15" size gives you more sidewall, so if you are making a lot more power I guess it would help....the et street compound and the slick compound is better...I had the 26x10.5x15 et streets, I didn't like them too much...at the track you usually want to run them at 15 psi...the first burnout you do with them should be like 10 seconds...then after the first one do like 4-5 seconds after you see smoke, thats what I do.. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="gr_tounge.gif" />

I personally like the Hoosiers. If you are going to spend the money that is where i would look, and run them on a 15" rim but that is just my personal liking.
