Question 1/4 mile
i have a 98 m6, it has a t224 cam and long tube headers, and thats about it, i took it to the track, and pulled a 13.2 @110 with a 2.3 60ft,, is this right? i fell a littl slow, but i think it has to do with my 60ft, my tires suck, and i went there and didnt do any of the little tricks, i tracked, the same way i drive it every day, fliter and all, i was thinking that if i got my 60ft to a 1.9, i would be around 12.7? it just seems that 110 is too fast for 13s..........thanks guys, what do you think some street nittos?

Re: Question 1/4 mile
First off:
1.) yes, get those 60ft. times down.
2.) Use E.T streets, Use E.T. drags, use
whatever ya gotta use to bring down the
sixty foots.
3.) What was the weather like?
4.) what boltons do u have?
5.) where u shifting at?
sounds to me like you just need traction...

Re: Question 1/4 mile
On a stock rear end Nitto's are the best. POWER SHIFT! 110 mph is what I run 13.00 at with only a lid, filter, and cutout. you should be at least 12.2-12.3 with that combo. Get better tires launch higher, and power shift.
