Will a 15x10 weld fit w/28" tire?
I need to run a 28" tire. I have convo pros but since they stick out I can't run a 28" tire without cutting and beating so that's out of the question. Can I fit a 28" tire on a weld rim without modding anything other then the calipers? Open to suggestions.

Seconding that yes. You *might* have to do just a little trimming of the plastic behind the tire which is really no big deal. Took me about 30 seconds with a sharp pocket knife (wonder why that word requires a "k".) Anyway, no big deal and you'd never notice the difference.
I run 29s now and that required some trimming and then touching up of metal in front of the tire. A little more involved.

Front of the tire....the plastic fender had to be trimmed a bit.
But I run 28"x10.5 e.t. drags and a 15x10 Weld.
Good luck.

Here are my 28x10.5x15 Hoosier slicks on 15x10/7.5 Pro Stars (no spacers)cutting a 1.49...

Also you can also maybe use adjustable LCA's to move the rearend front and back to minimize cutting.
Need to also deburr the front lower part of inner fenders, the lip... And hammer in the front inner part a little bit but not a lot... I was suprised how little clearancing I had to do.
